vague, foggy memories from my childhood) but i saw this movie in the
90's when i was a child and i've been trying to track it down forever

anyway, from what i can still remember or think i remember:
a girl is in a foreign country for w/e reason
could be india, maybe the middle east - all i kno is the male
character reminded me of alladin as a child
she meets a guy, he's kind of a street kid/thief type
only other thing i remember is them being on a roof or something and
him teaching her some sort of thief trick
i kno that probably makes no sense at all but i figured i'd ask before
i completely forget any of the details for good
pretty sure those details arent very accurate anyway
